The Manor at Prairie Grove team is always available to help with any and all vendor selections and to provide tips and guidance to help achieve a flawless event. The Manor has relationships with some of the best event vendors that deliver premium services and products making it easy to facilitate your ceremony and reception. Selecting from our exclusive list of vendors can help you jump-start your planning process, as all of our partners know our space well and can help guide you through room placement, rentals, and customized menus. Simply inquire with any of our preferred caterers for a customized proposal! You may also use a caterer outside of our list, but the caterer must carry the appropriate licensing and insurance as well as abide by our house rules for clean up and operation.
We can host up to 250 guests. The Manor at Prairie Grove staff can help configure your floor plan. Keep in mind the amount of furniture in the space affects the capacity and size of the dance floor.
When you book your wedding at The Manor at Prairie Grove, we’ll be available throughout your planning process, in touch with you and your vendors, and present for sign-offs on all scheduled deliveries and pickups at the venue. You may request the Representative to be present during on-site meetings with family and/or vendors, at rehearsal and on the day-of.
We allow a complimentary one-hour rehearsal with your wedding party the night before your wedding or any day during the week prior to your wedding day (provided the date and time is available). We recommend scheduling your rehearsal long before the week of your wedding so we can reserve this time for you.
50% of venue rental fee is due at contract signing to reserve your date. The balance is due 1 month out from your wedding date. All transactions will need to be made by cash or check.
See our pricing page for rate information. Weddings on Fridays and Saturdays are full12-hour rentals. You’re welcome to use your 12 hours however you like! However, all events must conclude by 11:00 pm.
We strive to be as flexible as possible to help you create your dream event! We’re always on hand to offer vendor recommendations, schedule site tours, final walkthroughs and help coordinate details and deliveries on the big day. If there is anything that you would like to add or take away from the venue, just ask!
